Shipping and Delivery Policy

Definitions

The following definitions apply to this Agreement:

  • Company” or “We” is the company Zoi Papadaki with the distinctive title of Ergastini.
  • Website” is the website “www.ergastini.com” maintained by the Company and includes the “Content”.
  • Content” is all text, graphics, design and programming used on the above Website.
  • Supplier” is the store of a third party (natural or legal person) cooperating with the Company, which supplies the Company with products available for sale.
  • User” or “You” is any person who uses the Company’s services.
  • Product” is the item available for sale on the Website.

General Information

  • Each Product offered for sale through the Website is marked with its availability either as “In stock” or as “On back order” or as “Out of stock”.
  • The labeling is indicative and is renewed based on the availability of each Product.
  • You can not purchase a Product that is out of stock. If a Product is not in stock after you place your order, the Company will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  • In any case, it is agreed that the shipping time of the Product depends both on the availability of the ordered product in the warehouses of the Company and/or the Suppliers, and on the possible existence of reasons of force majeure (indicatively, the existence of bad weather conditions, strikes, problems that faced by courier companies cooperating with the Company, etc.) for which the Company bears no responsibility.

Delivery Location

  • The Product is sent to you through Hellenic Post, the courier company, with which the Company cooperates in order to optimally handle the shipping process.
  • Shipping is tracked and requires a signature on arrival. In countries where signed is not an option, orders will be shipped tracked only.
  • The Company offers worldwide delivery for all Products on the Website, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a Product description.
  • The Company cannot export Louët products to Switzerland, North America, Japan, and South Korea.
  • In the event that you place an order for a Product that cannot be delivered to their specified destination, the Company is committed to promptly notifying you. Upon notification, you will be provided with the option to either cancel the entire order or specifically the Product that cannot be delivered. In either case, we guarantee a full refund for the total amount of the canceled Product or the entire order, ensuring transparency and your satisfaction. The Company’s commitment is to uphold the highest standards of service and integrity throughout this process.

Delivery Time

  • The Company will provide you an estimated delivery time, once the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, the Company make every effort to fulfill your order within five (5) business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays and weekends.
  • Please note the Company does not ship on weekends.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Instructions

Address Details: Accurate address information is paramount to ensure that your delivery reaches the intended destination without any issues. This is especially important for locations that might be challenging to locate. Provide complete and up-to-date address details, including any relevant landmarks, building names, floor or unit numbers, and nearby streets. If applicable, include any access codes required to enter gated communities or buildings. For example, instead of providing a vague address like “123 Main Street,” you might provide “123 Main Street, Apartment 2A, Pine tree Apartments, buzz code 567.”

Contact Information: Sharing valid contact information helps facilitate communication between the recipient and the delivery personnel. Providing a phone number ensures that the delivery personnel can reach out in case of any issues, such as difficulty locating the address or needing further instructions. If you’re uncomfortable sharing your personal number, you can provide an alternative means of communication, like an email address.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight or the volume of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page prior to your payment.
  • Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@ergastini.com and provide us with your order ID.
