The Lyceum of Greek Women in Herakleion successfully organized weaving workshops for children and adults on June 1st at the Heraklion Museum of Fine Arts. The workshops were held in conjunction with the exhibition "Αρωδαμοί και Ασπάλαθοι".

Easter candles workshop at Saint John cultural association

The Easter candle workshop was a unique experience for the children. They came into contact with the traditional folk art of embroidery, letting their imagination run wild and spending some creative time. It was also a great way for them to learn about Greek Easter traditions and the significance of the handmade Easter candle.
